On November 11, the 4th Training Course on Creative Handicrafts
and Sewing Technology for Samoa was held at To'oa Salamasina Building. Chinese Ambassador to Samoa Fei Mingxing and Samoan Acting Prime Minister Toelupe attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Over 100 participants were present, including Samoan Ministers for Communication and Information Technology, Agriculture and Fisheries, Health, and Lands and Survey, as well as local trainees and Chinese trainers from Hunan International Business Vocational College.
Acting Prime Minister Toelupe reviewed the achievements of the previous training courses, expressed gratitude to China for providing the valuable opportunity, encouraged the trainees to study diligently, and looked forward to further cooperation with China in various fields.
Ambassador Fei stated that the cooperation between China and Samoa in the field of vocational skills is a vivid manifestation of the friendship between the two countries. He hoped that the trainees would contribute to the development of Samoa's women's cause and cultural undertakings as well as the friendship between China and Samoa.
