New Version of Application Form of Consular Legalization of the Embassy/Consulate of the People's Republic of China (Forms Downloadable)

This is to notify that the use of New version of Application Form of Consular Legalization of the Embassy/Consulate of the People’s Republic of China will be effective as of 1 October,2017.

The old version of Application Form for Notarization and Certification will no longer be in use from 1 October,2017.
